Farnborough Airshow
Description of the challenge:
We supplied a mixture of around 180 four and six seat golf cars for VIP and contractors use at the Farnborough International Airshow.
All were part of our VIP "gold packeage" whereby we had staff on site at Farnborough to take care of driver safety instruction, fuelling, punctures, malfunctions and all those small matters that make a real difference to customer experience.
Customers reported our service as a great success and they would certainly book with us again next time.
The solution we provided:
Thanks to our great staff and multiple bases we were able to meet the many demands and delivered a fleet of vehicles to Farnborough which really impressed the organisers. They even phoned us up, unsolicited, to compliment us on our service.
